For our Tuesday chapel we were joined by Kristen Smith who led us in a sound bath meditation.
It was an amazing experience as Kristen guided us through a breathing meditation to center our bodies before beginning the sound bath.
Based in New York, Kristen is a sound bath meditation specialist who prompted us to let go of any burgeoning stresses or troubles we are carrying during this spring season.
For many gathered there it was their first sound bath experience - and one they will not forget.

Today we were joined by June, a student here at union in the Eastern orthodox and social ethics track.
June celebrated Holy Pascha, the Easter tradition in the orthodox church. It was a special service as June took us through traditional hymns, readings, greetings and shared a reflection with us.
June has recently been baptised into the orthodox church and has been on a three year journey up until this point. It was special to have her reflect on this experience, her sense of community within her church and the at times the physical demands of the orthodox faith. It was great to celebrate this holy festival with June, as well as her baptism!
