PSA 📢 ... this is UnACCEPTABLE!!!!
This is a microaggression and it completely needs to stop!!
Exercise modifications are made for all genders at different points in their fitness journey.
Assigning gender to push-ups sends a message that says to men they “less manly” and implies woman are less capable. When we all know that push-ups are body weight exercises that EVERY gender can work up to when they’re ready!!
