Brooklyn Arbor Parent Association The Brooklyn Arbor PA believes in bringing together the school community to support development of a well-rounded child.

We strive to provide enrichment opportunities for students through additional education curriculum such as music , greening, and art as well as community events. Our seasonal festivities, educational fairs, and fundraising benefits rely on the help of volunteers within our Brooklyn Arbor family. We invite you to join our efforts by donating any time, talent, or resources you can spare in support of our year-round events.

The Welcome Picnic may have been rained out but are trying again.

Next Saturday September 26th come hang at Strawberry Playground aka Rodney Park from 1-3pm. We’ll be collaborating with our friends from Friends of Strawberry Playground who will be painting a mural in the park. Kids are invited to help with the mural.

We also have after school program Hoops Academy NYC joining us at the Rodney Courts for kids interested in shooting hoops.

It’s time to search those couch cushions and coat pockets. Our 5th annual Penny drive is back!

The grade with the most points AND the grade with the least points will both win a popsicle party. You really have to strategize to be most or least. Start planning with your grade and digging for those coins.

We also need volunteers to collect and count. Sign up sheet in our bio. It’s a great way to meet fellow parents.

All funds raised go right back to the kids in the form@of enrichments.

3 blue crayons, 2 glue sticks, a green folder…. NOT AT ARBOR!

Our teachers buy in bulk so that all students have access to the same materials (and it’s cheaper and better for the planet!) 🌎

Each grade band has made their own supply list for what works for their students. The funds that are due the first week of school reimburse the teachers for their bulk purchase
