John Jay Athletics is proud to announce Bobby Molinaro as the new Head Coach of the John Jay Baseball program!
“John Jay Baseball has a rich and proud history, and I was very intentional about finding the right person to lead the program into its next chapter,” said Fieland. “Coach Molinaro stood out throughout the interview process because of his vision for the program, his commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field, and his belief in creating a culture built on accountability.
“I am extremely excited and honored to take on the role of Head Baseball Coach at John Jay College,” commented Molinaro. “I look forward to rebuilding a competitive program and a culture centered around hard work, accountability, and pride, while helping our student-athletes develop both on and off the field. John Jay also holds a special place for me personally. During my time with the NYPD, the college was located within the precinct I covered, so I’ve always felt a connection to the school and surrounding community. To return in this role is something I’m incredibly proud of, and I’m excited to build something special with our players, staff, alumni, and the entire John Jay community.”
