We are a yoga alliance accredited 200 and 300 hour teacher training that offers 200 hour trainings four times a year and 300 hour training once a year. We are affordable, small trainings that focus on diversity and individuality.

It’s been seven summers in 3 weeks but we’re not done yet friends! If you are like me and feel like you’ve already been through it and can’t believe there’s still AUGUST to get through, then maybe you’d enjoy a little let’s go upside down time. Congratulations to the winter weekend crew. Is it May? Yes it is. Is it 90 degrees? Oh sure. So does that make it feel like winter was a million years ago? Maybe, but these folks are still close to my heart ❤️

Listen up my bright shiny sunflower, the summer weeknight training starts May 11th and runs thru August 26th (Memorial Day and July 6 & 7th off).

Worried about a trip, wedding, honeymoon, corporate retreat you have planned this summer? Don’t! We get it, life is busy and complicated and your YTT shouldn’t be another stressor in your life.

If you need to miss a class, you can make it up later, we promise. We don’t put a cap on the length of time you have to finish your training and we don’t put a cap on the number of hours you can miss. You are a grown up and you are in charge of you. Once you enroll, we trust you will adult just fine and you will complete your training in the time that works best for you.

A smile reel for your Monday!

TSY is 16 years old this year and that means we can legally drive in some states. But, there is no way are our parents paying those premiums!

While we continue to be blessed and stuck with mass transit like the rest of NYC, we’re eternally grateful for all the talented, creative, funny, insightful, inspiring and passionate people who have made this tiny little corner of Manhattan what it is today.

Love you, miss you, wouldn’t trade you for the world!
