Class IX students had a wonderful trip to Boston this week. They took in the sights, presented what they have learned about the city to their classmates, and made lasting memories. 🍂☀️🚆

Buckley’s Basketball Club! This Friday after-school club is available for Class IV to IX boys and is a great way for boys of different grade levels to get to know each other and work on their game! 🏀💙🧸

In Classes VII-IX, boys have a weekly meeting with their advisor. Advisors serve as guides to help students navigate their journey in the Upper School. Our advisory program is unique in that it focuses on the student’s development outside of academic performance and is centered on the other areas of a boy’s life that are fundamental to his growth as a student and as a young man. 💙🍁📚

Class VII through IX boys ended last week with a scavenger hunt around New York City. It was a wonderful and fun way to build community, get to know our city, and to start off another amazing school year at Buckley! 💙🗽☀️

WELCOME TO BUCKLEY! Danielle Ross has joined us as the new Math Department Chair, a Class VII Homeroom teacher, and Class V-VII Math teacher. Mrs. Ross says, “I am thrilled to join the Buckley community and to share my passion for teaching and mathematics. My background is in both education and finance. I earned a Master's in Teaching from University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School. I am excited to engage with the Buckley community and to meet my students." 📚🎉💙
