On September 19th, I’ll be teaching The Class at The Deepening, a full-day experience at Zaca Lake created with RITUEL, PALMA Colectiva, and The Class.

We’ll spend the day moving, breathing, reflecting, eating beautiful food, being in nature, and creating space to listen a little more deeply to what is asking to shift, be released, or carried forward.

I’ll guide us through The Class, Meredith Markworth-Pollack will lead us through Carly Jo Carson’s The Mirror breathwork experience, and Eve Gaines will guide reflection, ritual, and integration.

And the setting… 320 private acres, a spring-fed lake, ancient oaks, open sky, and so much space to just be.

We have a few spots left, and I would LOVE to have some of my LA community there with me.

September 19 | 11 AM–7 PM | Zaca Lake

Come spend the day with us. 🤍

It takes a village. So thankful for all the women out there paving the way, lifting it up and supporting one another to do the work. 🖤⠀
⠀
All that I am and all that I stand for has been generously influenced by a world of incredible women. 🤍⠀
⠀
This image by represents that village of woman in my heart and in my life. 🖤 ⠀
⠀
I purchased this image on and fell in love with the artwork Tyler creates that celebrates the female voice. 🤍⠀
⠀
Honoring the first woman who nominated me for this challenge - and the incredible work her + her husband’s foundation brings. Do It For The Love is a wish-granting nonprofit organization that brings people living with life-threatening illnesses, children with severe challenges and wounded veterans to live concerts. 🖤
⠀
Through the healing power of music, their goal is to inspire joy, hope and lasting celebratory memories in the face of severe illness or trauma. 🤍⠀
⠀
And to all the woman that nominated me for this challenge - I LOVE YOU. Thank you for your kindness, belief and support. I didn’t grow up with women and I am so blessed to now have you all in my life. 🖤⠀
