✨In honor of Women’s History Month, we are honored to spotlight Dr. Doris Kraemer z”l, who made history in June 1955 as the first woman to earn a Ph.D. from Yeshiva University.

🎓Almost 300 alumni returned to the Beit Midrash to learn with their sons and grandsons last week at YU’s third annual men’s Dor L’Dor learning program.
📖This special program gives parents a unique opportunity to learn morning seder and shiur with their sons across all levels of Torah study, both undergraduate and higher learning.

✨We are spotlighting Mrs. Rachel Besser, a professor at Stern College, who is teaching at our Feb. 16 Women’s Yom Iyun, yu.edu/yomiyun2025.
🎓Mrs. Besser is a proud YU alumna. She received her bachelor’s degree from Stern College for Women and her master’s degree from Azrieli Graduate School for Jewish Education. She also holds a master’s in English literature from Hunter College.
📚Mrs. Besser currently serves as the chair of the Nach department at Yeshivat Frisch. She is also a community speaker and was a featured educator in the OU Torat Imecha Nach Yomi Program.

📌In honor of International Day of Education, we are excited to spotlight Erin Stiebel, an alumna who has served as an educator in the Jewish community for over a decade.
📚Erin teaches for Partners Detroit and also runs 4G NCSY in Detroit, in addition to being the director of NCSY GIVE for the past 16 summers.
✡️As Erin continues to inspire those around her, she remains a shining example of someone who combines Torah values with heartfelt dedication to the next generation.
