Brilla will be back on the Immaculate Conception campus on Tuesday 6/17/2025!

This is your second chance to pick up uniforms for the upcoming school year. This event is for two categories of families:

Brilla-bound families who were not able to make the first uniform distribution.
Brilla-bound families that came to the first uniform distribution event, but did not receive an item in their child’s size.

If you have already received two shirts and two pants from Brilla, please allow other future Brilla families the chance to pick up uniforms for their children at this event.

If you would like to exchange shirts or pants for another size, you must bring the shirts or pants you would like to exchange. There is a limit of two shirts and two pants per child.

Brilla Uniform Distribution will take place in the first floor room outside of the gym from 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Esta es su segunda oportunidad para recoger los uniformes para el próximo año escolar. Este evento es para dos categorías de familias:

Familias en camino a Brilla y que no pudieron asistir a la primera distribución de uniformes.
Familias en camino a Brilla y que asistieron a la primera distribución de uniformes, pero no recibieron unos artículos de ropa de la talla de su hijo.

Si ya recibieron dos camisetas y dos pantalones de Brilla, por favor, permitan que otras futuras familias de Brilla recojan los uniformes para sus hijos en este evento.

Si desean cambiar camisetas o pantalones por otra talla, deben traer la camiseta o los pantalones que desean cambiar. Hay un límite de dos camisetas y dos pantalones por niño.

La distribución de uniformes de Brilla se llevará a cabo en el salón del primer piso, afuera del gimnasio, de 8:00 a. m. a 12:00 p. m.

The spirit of Immaculate Conception was alive in every hallway, every hug, and every laugh shared between old friends and beloved teachers. From the mouthwatering food to the heartwarming moments between former classmates, today reminded us all of what makes ICS more than a school — it’s a family.

✨ The joy was palpable, the memories everlasting, and the love for this sacred place unshakable.

Get ready to lace up and turn up for the very last dance at Immaculate Conception School!

🎶 Grades 5–7, we’re calling you to the dance floor! Show off your favorite kicks, your freshest fits, and your best moves as we close out the year with an afternoon of fun featuring:
• A live DJ spinning your favorite tracks
• Delicious snacks to keep you energized
• And maybe—just maybe—the return of our iconic Photo Booth

💃🏽🕺🏾 Plus Ones Welcome!
This isn’t your typical school dance. Students are invited to bring a very special guest— their parent!

🎉 While students party upstairs, parents are invited to a special reception in our cafeteria, complete with:
• Great food
• Refreshing drinks
• Smooth music
• And the chance to celebrate with the community one last time

💵 Cost:
• $5 per student
• $10 if a parent is joining the celebration

👟 Dress Code: FRESH TO DEATH
It’s not a Sneaker Ball without the sneakers. Come dressed to impress—but sneakers are REQUIRED for all attendees, students and adults alike.

✨ This is more than a dance—it’s a send-off, a celebration, and a memory in the making.

📸✨ Preparations are underway for a truly historic day tomorrow — the ICS Alumni Homecoming Event. After 171 years of faith, education, and community, Immaculate Conception School will soon close its doors. But before we say goodbye, we invite you to come home one last time. 🕊️💙💛

This will be the final official gathering (outside of graduation) for our entire ICS family—alumni, families, former staff, and friends—to join together in fellowship, remembrance, and joy.

Tuesday, May 27 – Twin Day: Teacher Look-Alike
Dress like your favorite teacher or staff member! Whether it’s a signature scarf, glasses, or a full-on outfit match, have fun mimicking the educators you admire. You can also coordinate with your bestie to dress as twins.

Wednesday, May 28 – ICS Pride Day (Scrimmage Day vs. Brilla)
Wear your Blue and Gold to show off your ICS spirit! Face paint, ICS gear, and all the blue and gold accessories you can find are encouraged as we cheer on our Eagles.

Thursday, May 29 – Sunday’s Best (Mass Day)
In honor of our school-wide Mass, come dressed in your sharpest Sunday Best attire—think respectful, stylish, and celebration-ready.

Friday, May 30 – Costume Day: Dress as Your Favorite Character!
Bring the fun with Character Day! Whether it’s a book character, cartoon, superhero, or movie star (school-appropriate, of course), let your imagination lead the way to close out Spirit Week with joy.

We are excited to announce that our 8th Grade Graduation Mass will take place on Wednesday, May 28th at 10:00 AM at St. Helena Church.

This special Mass is an opportunity to reflect on our students’ journey, give thanks, and bless them as they prepare for the next chapter in their educational lives.

📍 Location: St. Helena Church
🗓 Date: Wednesday, May 28th
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM (departing from ICS at 9:00)
🚇 Transportation: Students will commute to and from the church using public transportation
👥 In attendance: Both 8th Grade Teachers, Mr. Johnson, and Ms. Nedwell

We are so proud of our 8th graders and look forward to honoring their accomplishments in faith and fellowship.

We wanted to let you know that there has been a slight adjustment to today’s dance schedule in order to accommodate the other schools participating in the event.

Updated Details:
• Students are welcome to return to the school at 4:30 PM to take pictures and prepare for the evening.
• New departure time from school is 5:30 PM.
• The boat is scheduled to return to Chelsea Piers at 9:15 PM, so we expect to arrive back at school by approximately 9:45 PM.
