This is a very astute article. I haven't seen either of these performances yet, because they have yet to come out in theaters, but his point is near and dear to my heart. Let. It. Rip.
Life is B I G sometimes, lets not shrink it in the name of restraint.

Also Humor is a very good thing.

Two of the frontrunners for Best Actress—Jennifer Aniston and Julianne Moore—play each scene with unambiguous precision and don’t come close to letting go.
