Laura Zarrate Parrado, MS, Assistant Director of Psychometric Services at PTC will be joining Matt Turner, Ph. D, ICE-CCP, Chief Executive Officer of Revolution AMC, for an impactful discussion on examining trend data across cohorts before and after test length reductions to evaluate how test duration influences outcomes. This session bridges research and practice, translating findings from cognitive fatigue theory into actionable strategies. The discussion will focus on how programs can make data-driven decisions about test length, identify when shortening may be psychometrically advisable, and design defensible evidence plans to support these changes. We look forward to sharing our findings!
