I have a love hate relationship with Montauk…. i love going out there and I hate leaving! 😂 So much to do…. My favorite past time out there is fishing! But also great rock hounding and all kinds of other things to find along the beaches not to forget the BIRDS!! From song sparrow to shore birds. But do me a favor… go somewhere else 😂 there are too many “humans” out there now!

To me, every day is EARTH DAY! So for those only celebrating once a year, I CHALLENGE you to try ONCE a WEEK! Do something, anything to celebrate our beautiful planet. Even if it is only picking up a small piece of trash..... or as simple as taking your shoes off and walking barefoot across the grass....

What to do if you witness an attack on ANYONE if you cannot physically help the person in need.

1. CALL 911
2. Take a photo or video of the attacker.
3. WRITE DOWN EVERY DETAIL of the attacker. What they are wearing, any facial features or tattoos that will help facilitate the apprehension of the attacker.
