SJB Fine Arts Night was held last night, where Jeanites shared their talents and artwork with the community.
We enjoyed performances from the choir, pianists, and solo singers, as well as the artwork displayed throughout the auditorium.
A special thank you to all of our artists and performers, and to Ms. Park and Ms. Shelley for their thoughtful creation of the evening.

Yesterday, SJB sophomores visited Citi Field for a college exploration field trip, gaining exposure to a variety of colleges and opportunities beyond high school.
At SJB, we’re proud that 100% of graduating Jeanites are accepted to and attend college, and experiences like this help our students envision their future.
The day ended on a fun note as they cheered on the Mets!⚾

On Monday, our seniors attended the Senior Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral alongside fellow high school seniors from across the Archdiocese of New York.
Archbishop Hicks offered blessings and words of wisdom to the Class of 2026 as they reflect on their growth in faith throughout high school.
Senior Layla Kennedy had the honor of leading the recessional while carrying the crucifix.

250 meal bags made. 250 neighbors served. 🥪
This past Wednesday, our entire senior class came together with board members, parishioners, and community volunteers for a sandwich-making event in collaboration with New York Common Pantry
Each bag included a sandwich, juice, a snack, and fruit, and was decorated by our students with uplifting messages. We were also grateful to hear from two representatives about the important work they do to fight hunger in our city.
It was a meaningful day of service and community, and we look forward to hosting more events like this. We’d love for you to join us next time! 💙

Jeanites Explored Italy Over Easter Break!
Over Easter break, a group of Jeanites traveled to Italy for an unforgettable international experience, continuing SJB’s growing travel program.
From cruising the canals of Venice to exploring Rome, the Vatican, and iconic landmarks like the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain, students experienced history, culture, and cuisine firsthand. The trip concluded in Tuscany with visits to Florence and Pisa.
It was a meaningful opportunity for Jeanites to travel and learn beyond the classroom💛
