The more experience you have, the easier it can be to think you've seen it all.

In executive protection, that's a dangerous place to get comfortable.

Experience matters. It builds judgment and teaches lessons that can't always be learned in a classroom. But the profession keeps moving.

Threats change. Technology changes. Clients change. Environments change. And sometimes the skills we rely on most are the ones that need to be challenged, refreshed, and sharpened.
