(Free) Exercise Instruction Class for Beginners Falun Dafa (also called Falun Dafa) is an ancient cultivation way for improving mind and body.

The practice’s most visible aspects are its five gentle exercises, including a meditation, which are highly effective ways to improve health and energy. Falun Gong practitioners also study spiritual teachings, taking them as a guide for daily life. At the core of these teachings are the values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. 🌟 Event Recap | A Taste of Chinese Tradition Workshop 🌟

On October 24, we hosted a fun and insightful workshop where participants got an closer look at the history of Falun Dafa, its core principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, selected readings from Falun Dafa texts, and the five gentle exercises.

We also explored what “self-cultivation” means and how it benefits people both the mentally and physically. Highlights included engaging documentary clips and inspiring firsthand experiences sharing from the practitioners.

The workshop also featured a mini Hanfu fashion show, calligraphy experience, and a glimpse of Shen Yun performances, giving everyone a taste of traditional Chinese culture in a hands-on way.
