Empire United Fencing

Empire United Fencing Empire United Fencing strives to help its students achieve personal excellence through the sport of fencing.

Empire United focuses on providing a high level foil training environment. In order to participate in private or group instruction a fencer must be a member of the club. Fencers may pay for the membership annually ($895 for a 12 month season) or monthly ($105). The club offers a monthly two class package for ($300) or monthly unlimited class package for ($400). Private lessons may be scheduled with the coaches and are ($40/ 20 min). Open bouting is offered at the club towards the conclusion of our group classes. A fencer may pay a floor fee and does not need to be a member in order to participate in open bouting. A typical fencer at our club attends at least three, and in most cases four classes a week and takes two to three lessons per week. Without a consistent commitment to both private and group instruction we find that it is incredibly challenging for a fencer to move their level forward.

What a weekend of fencing for Tristan Venafro! 🤺💙🤍 Close bouts against the same opponent in both Cadet and Y14 made the fight for the Top 8 a real test.

Tristan met the weekend’s challenges with hard work, a willingness to learn, and improvement in his overall fencing—bringing home a finalist medal along the way! 🏅

Tristan, we’re proud of your effort and coachability. Keep listening, keep learning, and keep building. Every tough bout is another chance to grow. EUF proud!

At EUF, our coaches are committed to supporting every athlete as they work to become the best fencers—and the best versions of themselves—they can be. We’re proud of the dedication, growth, and determination our kids show every time they step on the strip, and we love seeing them represent EUF in blue and white with pride.

To Darius: congratulations on sticking with it and earning 8th place in Junior Men’s Foil! Your perseverance, hard work, and commitment are something to celebrate.
