We had a great seminar today, focusing on subway safety and different levels of intervention. Hope you can join us for the next session, dealing with some worst-case scenarios, such as multiple attackers and attempted abductions.

Exciting news! Sifu Yifan will be returning to teach at the school! We are considering either a Friday 6:30pm class or a Saturday 1:30pm class. Any preferences?

We are offering free self defense seminars to help the Asian American community protect themselves from hate. We have one tomorrow at 7pm and Sunday at 5:30pm. Email us for information!

We are open for in person classes. We take all precautions to keep you safe. We keep our masks on all the time, we sanitize hands and touched surfaces, keep the doors open for increased ventilation and filter the air. Sometimes we use our swords to enforce social distancing! Come join us and get stronger and healthier!

As a precaution, we will be suspending classes from tomorrow Saturday, until Wednesday to avoid exposure to the virus. Master David's class on Monday will be open. We know of no members who have been exposed. Stay tuned.
