Fordham's Gabelli School of Business was just ranked #36 nationwide in Fortune's Best Business Schools and MBA Programs Ranking for 2026. This year’s rankings recognize institutions that demonstrate excellence across academic quality, career outcomes, selectivity, and return on investment.
The Gabelli School's ranking has increased substantially from 2024, when the program ranked #51. Congratulations to all on this incredibly impressive accomplishment! Onward and upward!

We are thrilled to announce that Fordham's Gabelli School of Business Full-time MBA has been ranked by the Financial Times #76 globally for 2026, up 2 points from last year! The MBA also ranked #34 among US-based schools and #2 among NYC-based schools. This is a major achievement—one that demonstrates the caliber of the flagship MBA the School offers, and the respect it has gained locally, nationally, and globally. On Friday, February 6, a group of Full-time MBA students participated in a Business Improv Workshop, focused on communication and team building. Students learned new skills that will help them with networking as well as future internships and professional interactions—all while having fun playing games and practicing various improv techniques. It was a great afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and learning, contributing to community building among MBA students! Another Business Improv Workshop will take place on February 20.

The Gabelli School’s Master of Science in Quantitative Finance (MSQF) program was ranked #23 in the world by Risk.net, a global leader in financial risk management news and analysis.
Risk.net’s highly regarded rankings of master’s programs in quantitative finance are built upon metrics ranging from acceptance rate, class size, and the percentage of industry-affiliated faculty to student employment rate and average salary sixth months after graduation, which offer key insights into selectivity, leadership in the field, and student outcomes.
This new ranking is the latest example of the MSQF program’s ability to maintain impeccable standards as it grows. The program also was ranked #15 on QuantNet’s 2025 list of the best financial engineering programs in the
United States, climbing six points from the previous year.

Recently, the Gabelli School of Business hosted an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence in Business (MSAIB) reception & networking event, which amplified the very best of what the program offers—cutting-edge AI expertise, invaluable industry connections, and a shared commitment to shaping the future of business innovation.
The highlight of the evening was a distinguished panel of technology and business industry leaders, who shared their perspectives on innovation, technology strategy, and the evolving AI landscape. The panel was moderated by Stephan Kouris, a current MSAIB student, and featured Jorge Martinez Navarrete, head, Innovation Unit, OICT - United Nations; Chris Coulthrust, partner technology strategist, Microsoft; Jessie Yang Liu, technical delivery director, Snowflake; Yuzhao Ai, senior analytics engineer, Netflix; and Tristan Staschik, investment partner, FoundersX Ventures
The panelist’s thought-provoking insights reinforced why bridging the gap between AI innovation and business acumen is more critical than ever. They also shared practical career advice for students navigating today's challenging job market.

The Gabelli School of Business Student Success Center held its annual Friendsgiving on Tuesday, November 25. Students, faculty members, and staff were treated to a feast of turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing, as well as delectable desserts. While they ate, they made festive holiday decorations. As always, it was a wonderful gathering that brought the entire Gabelli School Community together. We are deeply grateful to the Student Success Center team for organizing this wonderful event!
