The Gabelli School of Business Responsible Business Center Fall 2024 Clothing Exchange was a smashing success, with a wonderful selection of clothes donated—from dresses to jackets to shoes. The Clothing Exchange is a great example of circular fashion, which refers to a fashion industry approach that works to create a closed-loop system, reducing waste and maximizing the lifespan of clothing and textiles. It provided the opportunity for students to donate gently used clothing they no longer needed, and in return, find a new treasure they could wear! Thanks to Kate Kennon, Ed.D., assistant dean, academic advising and student engagement; and advising dean, Responsible Business Center, as well as the entire Responsible Business Center team for helping to put this event together.
