*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE EVENTS INDUSTRY* This position requires big-picture thinking in addition to ability to focus on daily inquiries, emails, and phone calls in a bustling office environment. Day-to-day includes fielding email and phone inquiries, creating floor plans, securing venue bookings, and following up with booked clients to review and confirm event details. Duties may also include social media management and entry-level marketing work.
