Celebrating 35 years of the Beta Chapter ✨
The Beta Chapter of Latinas Promoviendo Comunidad/Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Inc. was founded on April 20, 1991 by Reina J. Nuñez, establishing the first Latina sorority at Columbia University. 35 years later, we stand strong, with 17 current undergraduates that comprise our chapter. The Beta Chapter is committed to uplifting the Columbia community and beyond, centering public service and cultural awareness in all our endeavors.
