A heartfelt shout-out to our faithful supporter Sandra Horowitz, who recently made her 30th donation over 15 years—a wonderful $1,000 gift bringing her total support to an incredible $30,000. A mighty number with a mighty impact!

Sandra says, “I have supported CCDO for many years, first contributing to the construction of latrines… CCDO expanded into building and maintaining schools and libraries, assuring the funds went directly to the people in need. This charity has operated with integrity and consistency with Jenni at the helm.”

We are equally grateful to Goldfield Foundation for expanding their support from WASH projects into Education, with an additional $25,000 grant.

Our children, parents and teachers thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We would like to thank all of you who impact the children in the rural communities in Siem Reap. Donors who believe in opportunity.
Teachers who show up every day with dedication and heart. Children who walk into classrooms with courage, curiosity, and dreams.

When we come together, education becomes more than lessons—it becomes possibility. It means a child can learn with confidence, a teacher can inspire with purpose, and a community can grow stronger with each passing year.

The impact may start with something small—a uniform, a classroom, a single day at school—but it builds into something far greater: hope, dignity, and a better future.

This is what collective impact looks like. And this is how lives are changed.

What an incredible day at Tapang School with Northeastern University! 💙

A vibrant group of 24 students and faculty joined us—and to make every moment count, they split into three teams, bringing energy and connection to every corner of the school.

From playing sports and sharing laughter, to engaging with students in English and computer classes, to quiet, meaningful moments reading together in the library 📚—the day was filled with joy, curiosity, and genuine connection.

Thank you, Northeastern University, for your enthusiasm, kindness, and for fully immersing yourselves in the experience. You made a lasting impact—and had a lot of fun along the way too! ✨

We were delighted to welcome recent visitors Anthony Utard and Calvin Hall—formerly of New York City and now based in Thailand—to our programs in Siem Reap.

After spending time with Sovoan (Director) and the CCDO team, they shared: “Spending time with Sovoan and the CCDO team was the highlight of our visit to Siem Reap. Seeing their commitment to the welfare of children and families, and how they empower communities to build their own future, it’s clear how deeply appreciated their work is.”

We are truly grateful for your visit, your kind words, and your generous support. Thank you for standing with us and the communities we serve

Keeping the lights on and supporting our dedicated office team is always at the heart of what we do—and it’s only possible because of the generosity of those who believe in our mission. A heartfelt thanks to Tawingo Foundation in Hong Kong for increasing their annual contribution to $20,000 through SE Asia Foundation. Deep appreciation to Jenny Hong and Bill Taylor, whose tireless advocacy for children and women continues to inspire us all.

We’re also incredibly thankful to The Forgotten Int’l for connecting a generous donor in the United States with CCDO, resulting in a $15,000 gift to build a preschool in loving memory of someone special.

We invite you to support our education programs—to help create opportunities and brighter futures for children.

A roof over our heads is something we never take for granted—especially when it creates a space for learning and growth. We’re so grateful that the roof of the TaBrok School English classroom was repaired just in time for the rainy season. What made this even more special was the incredible support from the parents, who came together to help raise part of the funds needed.

It was a truly proud and heartwarming moment—seeing parents and children united, working hand in hand for the long-term benefit of the whole community.
