Alexander Shelley, conductor of the National Arts Centre Orchestra | l'Orchestre du Centre national des Arts connected with Manhattan School of Music students last year to discuss the life of being an orchestral musician. In this clip from a conversation with MSM faculty member Jessica Phillips, in collaboration with MSM's Center for Career Readiness & Community Impact, he speaks to the importance of mental health as a musician.

Last Spring Manhattan School of Music Musical Theatre students connected with Daniel Bowling, Musical Theatre chair at the Royal Academy of Music. This was the first Distance Learning master class for our students and we look forward to many more in the future!
