Our students had a wonderful time enjoying a special movie day together! With yummy snacks, lots of smiles, and a cozy classroom atmosphere, it was the perfect way to relax, learn, and have fun with friends. π

Our students at Southfield Institute had a wonderful hands-on experience during Culinary Arts and Life Skills! πβ¨
The class learned important cooking basics such as preparing ingredients, following directions, practicing kitchen safety, and working together as a team. From boiling pasta to adding sauce and setting up their trays, every step helped build independence, confidence, and practical life skills. π₯π

Our students enjoyed a calming and fun yoga lesson while practicing mindfulness, flexibility, and strength.
From balancing poses to peaceful meditation moments, everyone did an amazing job learning how movement and breathing can help both body and mind grow strong together.
