🌞 GO Project’s Young Leadership Council (YLC) is kicking off the Countdown to Summer to rally and raise $15,000 before the end of June to power summer programming for NYC public school students.
Funds raised will support GO Summer — our five-week program that keeps students learning and growing while school is out — along with year-round academic and social-emotional support. From small-group enrichment in STEM, the arts, and movement to one-on-one math and literacy interventions, GO delivers individualized programming that fuels lasting academic and personal growth.
We’re proud of our YLC members who are rallying their networks to expand access to free, high-quality programming for students in under-resourced communities this summer and all year long!
Let’s do this together! Donate today and help us build a future full of opportunity and confidence for our students. 💚

What an incredible night! 🎉 The 2026 GO Project Spring Benefit brought together 600 members of our community for an inspiring evening in support of GO students.
Thanks to your incredible generosity, WE RAISED OVER $2 MILLION — a record-breaking show of support — to fund GO’s year-round academic, social-emotional, and family programming, ensuring students have what they need to thrive during their most critical years.
We were proud to honor Raj Mahajan and the Office of Clinical Experiences at the Hunter College School of Education, whose dedication to expanding educational opportunity continues to make a lasting impact. We were also deeply moved by GO student Artess, who shared how GO has helped her grow in confidence and strengthen her academic skills.
Special thanks to our Benefit Committee Co-Chairs Kristin Cederholm, Alexandra Horwitz, and Eliza Howard Trapp, whose leadership helped make the evening such a glowing success. We are so grateful to our entire community for making this night possible.

We don’t always match, but we do show up ready to learn, grow, and have fun together!
Feeling extra lucky today🍀

Brielle and Kaiden joined GO Project three years ago to strengthen their academic skills through small-group learning and 1:1 tutoring in literacy and math. Since then, their mom Monique has seen steady growth—especially in Kaiden’s reading and math—while Brielle has continued building persistence and strengthening her academic skills in the classroom.
With year-round support and guidance from GO educators, both students are growing in confidence, developing stronger learning habits, and making steady progress.
Their story is just one example of the impact of sustained, year-round support. Read more in our Annual Report. 📚✨

We’re so proud to share our Annual Report and celebrate what's possible made possible through sustained, consistent, long-term support. This past year, over 750 NYC public school students experienced 200+ hours of academic instruction, social-emotional support, and family engagement - building confidence, strengthening skills, and reaching milestones that once felt out of reach.
Every lesson, every breakthrough, every success story reflects the power of showing up year after year.
