REMEMBER…

Today I called a co-worker to talk work stuff. I listened and she talked. By the middle of the conversation, we were having a possibility conversation about her dreams and her desires for peace, love and abundance in her life. We were speaking about her future, her challenges and her calling to be of service to others (CAREGIVING).

No matter how much you want to give to others, you are only as good as the care you give to yourself. Mothering yourself is the most loving and compassionate solution. Becoming aware of your feeling, thoughts and body sensations. Choosing to advocate for yourself because ultimately it’s your life and your experiences.

By the end of the call, she remembered how resourceful, experienced and blessed she is. She remembered that she has the power to determine her actions. I remembered, how blessed I am to be who I am and to do what I do. I AM COACH!

By the end of the call, she said, “You are a God sent!”. THANK YOU!!! We all are! We all have a purpose and unique gifts that we get to express in our own unique ways. This life won’t last forever.

Remember: Follow your intuition. Connect to your heart. You are protected. You have the power to heal. You are guided. You are love!

You are being reminded of your own strength and resiliency. I AM HERE to support, to guide and to heal you. YOU ARE HEALED!

Don't be concern about the future. Focus in the NOW. Leave it up to me. Lean on me!

Your body, your mind and your spirit are getting stronger and brighter every day and every single time that you remember the power of your intentions plus your own DIVINE WISDOM.
Yes, you are experiencing pain with the intention to HEAL and to expand.
