Over this past weekend I was at The Bronx Market where there was 35 vendors of food and amongst other things, and that's where I met these two young ladies Janel and Nicole, Nicole is the owner of and from Queens (Queens get the money) cooking up traditional Ecuadorian style dishes and this is one of them "los platanitos" when I tell you these were out of this world, I'm not joking
