Junior year is a big one at School in the Square High in Inwood, and this year it carries even more weight. Our 11th graders are the students who will become our first ever 12th grade class next fall.
Ms. Frias, our College and Career Counselor, is sharing what our juniors can do right now to get ready for senior year: show up on time, get involved in something they care about, take the harder class, protect their GPA in the year colleges look at most closely, build study habits that hold, and build relationships with the teachers who will one day write about them.
Thank you, Ms. Frias, for making sure our students know what is ahead and know they are not walking into it alone. 💙
