At North Sky Kung Fu you'll find good energy, great workouts, and a commitment to keeping traditional Chinese Kung Fu alive. We practice Northern Eagle Claw Kung Fu—one of the oldest traditional Chinese martial arts. With beautiful and powerful techniques based on the gripping claws of the eagle, Eagle Claw or "Ying Jow Pai" is a full martial arts system, with sparring, forms, weapons, training and self-defense. Our classes are fun, high-energy workouts that focus on the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of Kung Fu.

Tournament updates: Going to the NY Tournaments Nationals tomorrow in Long Island. We have a great team of adults this year, here they are practicing today.
