Anesthesia lounge is the new project from composer John Leaman. A recipient of The Young American Composers Award from ASCAP, John Leaman has been recognized for achievement in song writing from Billboard Magazine for his outstanding compositions and recordings with his group The Mandala Octet.

Fellow musicians John Medeski, Billy Martin, Curtis Hasselbring, Matt Wilson, Jim Black, Doug Yates, Mike Sarin, Paula Cole have collaborated on his recordings. He has toured throughout Europe with renowned theater group of Jango Edwards, written and arranged music for choreographers including projects for Dance Imprints, The Hatch New Works Festival in NYC as well special events for The United Nations, The Apollo Theater and The New York City Public School System.
