Our Bronx Chess Team not only came back with one 1st place trophy, but 4!!!! Please join me in congratulating Mr. Laron McBryde and the scholars who attended this weekend’s tournament. They devoured!! 🏆

We can’t believe we are sending another 8th grade class to HIGH SCHOOL! The class of 2026 celebrated at prom last Friday and it was an amazing night! Thank you to Harlem’s very own , the most amazing event planner who ensured the scholars had an incredible Night in Paris experience! And also thank you to our partners, for the beautiful venue once again! ✨

This June, New Yorkers will head to the polls for the primary election, and these decisions directly impact our schools, communities, and children’s futures. From education funding to public services, every vote matters.

We encourage all eligible voters to take a few minutes now to make sure you are ready.

Important Dates:
• Voter Registration / Address Update Deadline: June 13, 2026
• Mail Ballot Request Deadline: June 13, 2026
• Early Voting Period: June 13–21, 2026
• Primary Election Day: Tuesday, June 23, 2026 (6:00 AM–9:00 PM)

How to Prepare:
• Check your voter registration status
• Make your voting plan
• Locate your polling site

Last fall, NYC charter school families increased voter participation by 120% during the mayoral election. Let’s continue that momentum and make our voices heard again.
