Blessed to live in this paradise. Yoga in the park during sunset under beautiful palms, soothing sounds from the ocean, and graced with amazing people. What more could you ask for??

Excited to bring a new 3 series workshop for the New Year 2016! I'll be co-teaching with the beautiful and talented Teresa. Classes launch on the first Monday of 2016, January 4th. This is the perfect class to bring a friend who is new to yoga, or a practitioner looking to delve deeper into their alignment and strength.

Where: Ala Moana Beach Park, Magic Island: West Point
When: Mondays. January 4th, 11th, & 18th at 4:30 - 5:45 PM
What: $10 Donation
This is an outdoor power vinyasa workshop that will focus on creating and building your foundation with strength and alignment. Series will cater to all levels, but will be a beginner friendly class.
