Today I had a surprise licensing visit… and I’m proud to share that we passed with ZERO violations! 🙌🏽🧸❤️
These visits are unannounced and cover everything—paperwork, safety, environment, supervision, and overall quality of care. Passing with no violations isn’t luck. It comes from my systems in place, my staff hard work, the daily intention, structure, and love that I pour into Moore Hugs & Learn and of course Prayer every single day.
I’m sharing this because families deserve honesty and clarity. When you’re choosing child care, you can (and absolutely should) review any program’s licensing history. Your child’s safety and well-being should always come first.

With all the recent changes in childcare and the lack of funding, Moore Hugs & Learn has partnered with a community agency to support parents who need affordable, quality childcare. 💕
📍 Located in the Harlem area, we currently have openings for children ages 1–3 years old!
There’s an application process, but most families qualify. The income guidelines are higher than HRA.
Even if our center becomes full, we work with a team of trusted providers who also have space available.
