Nikki’s journey is truly inspiring. From pediatric nurse to patient to advocate, a traumatic brain injury in 2016 ended her nursing career and led her into a challenging world of pain and medications. Through that experience, she discovered cannabis and with it, her purpose.

As the founder of Nikki and the Plant, Nikki uses her lived experience to highlight the healing power of cannabis for brain injury recovery, invisible illnesses, and disability rights. She has become a sought-after voice across trade shows, boardrooms, and podcasts. Nikki also serves in advisory roles for several cannabis industry leaders and helps shape wholesale strategy for Entourage Wholesale, representing the FLUENT House of Brands in New York. She lives on Grand Island, NY, with her husband and their beloved fur babies.
