We have an innovative Introduction Program, an integrative women’s program, resident athletes with us full time from various teams, open professional training sessions for anyone interested - free of charge - three times a week, and instruction by some of the best in the world. Unity Jiu Jitsu welcomes those new to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to com

e and learn in a supportive, friendly environment and encourages experienced practitioners to join us as we further explore the sport. Grand Opening Week-Long Jiu Jitsu Festival begins January 31st!
