Do you support first-gen, low-income students on their college journeys? Do you want to explore ways to help students gain access to and thrive at highly selective institutions?

Join us in-person on September 29, 2026 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM for an interactive workshop featuring candid conversations with representatives from Brown University, Columbia University, Princeton University, and Yale University.

This session will include multiple opportunities to share information with one another to demystify and clarify aspects of the college application process and college access.

PASE is now accepting workshop proposals for Activating the Power of Afterschool — our annual conference happening July 21, 2026 at Baruch College’s Vertical Campus.

We’re looking for engaging, interactive workshops on topics including:

✔️ Staff supervision and management
✔️ SEL and mental health
✔️ Supporting neurodivergent learners
✔️ Youth leadership and activism
✔️ College and career readiness
✔️ Effective program design
✔️ Conflict resolution
✔️ And more

We’re especially interested in sessions that are practical, equity-centered, and adaptable across different youth-serving settings.

Join PASE for our annual citywide conference spotlighting the power of afterschool across NYC. From inspiring keynotes to interactive workshops, this signature event brings together youth-serving professionals for a day of learning and connection.

For the second year in a row, the conference will feature an Executive Director track with curated workshops for nonprofit leaders.

We are looking for a team member to support PASE’s fundraising and development efforts. If you love building donor relationships, crafting compelling stories, and keeping fundraising efforts on track, this role might be a great role for you!

More about the role:

The Development Associate will contribute to the systems, processes, and communications that drive fundraising efforts with individuals, foundations, corporations, and government funding streams. This role will have exposure to different areas of nonprofit development, including individual giving, major events, proposal writing, and grant reporting. This opportunity is ideal for someone who hopes to grow in the field of development while contributing meaningfully to the PASE’s mission and long-term sustainability.

🎉 Last month, our 2026 Emerging Leaders in Nonprofit Management cohort celebrated their graduation from the intensive, 3-month leadership program!

The Emerging Leaders program introduces youth development professionals to key topics in nonprofit management.

Throughout the program, the cohort works in small groups on Strategic Challenge Projects, exploring a challenge or opportunity related to nonprofit management or leadership.

This year’s cohort chose a range of topics, from methods to holistically measure impact to strategies to prevent nonprofit staff overwork.

The Program Assistant will be a key administrative point person for PASE’s program team. This role combines program and event support, ongoing reporting and data management, outreach and communications, and overall administrative support.
