Leaders in scholarship: five Twelfth Grade students have been honored by the National Merit Scholarship program for their exceptional performance on the PSAT/NMSQT. Three earned National Merit Semifinalist honors: (back row) Joshua Ip, Caleb Park, and Trey Paulus; while Asher Shin and Catalina Chang (front row) were named National Merit Commended Students. They rank among the top 1% and 3% in the nation respectively. Congratulations!

3.14: Geneva School celebrated Pi Day with our annual Pi recitation contest and pie consumption. Congratulations to this year’s champion Austin Iroku (‘30) for reciting 405 digits of Pi and thereby earning points for the House of Lewis as well as the privilege of pieing a faculty member. This year’s honors goes to Ms. Chong!

Tea: Kindergarten enjoyed their annual afternoon tea in the Courtyard. They studied an actual camellia sinensis plant and did a scientific sketch. Using their senses, students observed various tea leaves and noted their scents. On the menu were organic fruit infused herbal teas and cranberry orange scones. Festive headwear elevated the occasion!
