Wishing you all a wonderful and safe holiday weekend. Happy Thanksgiving!
Our school will hold a school-wide prayer for peace tomorrow at 9 a.m. to remember and honor those affected by the events which occurred on September 11, 2001. We hope that you can “virtually” join us in prayer.

On Thursday, June 2, 2011 when we celebrate the Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord, Archbishop Timothy Dolan will appear on the “Today Show” beginning at 7:00 a.m. Archbishop Dolan will be touring Saint Peter’s Basilica with Matt Lauer, and discussing the Eternal City live from Vatican City.
We need your help! There are still matching funds available for our Spring Fundraising Drive and we don’t want to miss out. Please send your check today to St. Benedict School, P.O. Box 1828, New York, NY 10150.
Be on the lookout for a mailing from St. Benedict School. We are kicking off our Spring Fundraising drive and have the opportunity to participating in a matching gift challenge. We hope that all our Mothers had a very blessed Mother's Day!
Please keep our students receiving First Holy Communion in your prayers as they prepare to celebrate the sacrament this weekend.
