A big thank you to WIN: Women in Innovation for inviting The Parsons Entrepreneurial Lab (ELAB) to participate in the inaugural UNconference. The ELAB Team facilitated a breakout conversation World Café style, focused on the Feminization of the Startup Ecosystem!

The main takeaways from the workshop were:

We would like to give a special mention to WIN CEO Amanda Ramos, Carolyn Hou, and the entire WIN team for the thought-provoking conversations about the UNdoing movement, especially exploration of the undervaluation of strategy in contemporary design thinking & innovation agency discourse sparked valuable conversations.

Our time together was nothing short of inspiring. It was filled with insightful dialogue and exchanges with remarkable women in the field. These conversations ignite change and propel us toward a future where diversity is celebrated and inclusion is the norm.
