Senior Portraits

Monday, October 28, 2013 - Proofs will be distributed.
Lasting Impressions will be here distributing the proofs of your Senior Portraits
along with order sheets. $10.00 from the $20.00 fee you paid will be applied to the order of your choice.

Retakes and Makeups will be on
Tuesday, November 12th

Students who would like to have their portraits taken again
AND students who have NOT YET had their senior portraits taken
are to report to the auditorium during their
free period and
have their senior portraits taken.
Prices are as follows:
Retakes: $ 10.00 sitting fee (for students who wish to have their pictures taken again)
Makeups: $ 20.00 (students who haven't had their portraits taken yet)
Lasting Impressions will be here from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM
to take your portrait.

The consent form must be signed by a parent or guardian.

You must submit a completed consent form by picture day.

SENIOR RINGS

Herff Jones will be here on October 18th to take you ring orders.
Go to RM 431 during your free period (lunch or end of your day) to place your order.
Herff Jones will be here from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

You can get a copy of the catalogue from Ms. Kall in RM 134

SENIOR DUES

Collections of Senior Dues begin Tuesday, October 15, 2013.

You can pay only with a MONEY ORDER payable to:

Bring your money order signed and made out to Herbert H. Lehman High School to Room 155-8 on the following dates:

Monday, October 21, 2013, Tuesday, October 22, 2013

Monday, October 28, 2013, Tuesday, October 29, 2013

Collections will only be accepted during periods: 7, 8 and 9



On Thursday, October 24, 2013 – Parent-Teacher Conference,

collections will also take place from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Room 155-8



You MUST have the money order completed prior to submitting

to Room 155-8.

CONSENT FORMS

All students must have a consent form signed and on file in order to be included in the video AND printed yearbook. You must submit a signed consent form to Ms. Kall. Please include your OSIS # in the upper left hand corner of the form.
Blank forms can be obtained from Ms. Kall in RM 134.
