Smells like success! Researching recipes, mixing dough and baking cookies are all delicious ways to strengthen executive functioning skills in IDEAlab!

How do a culture’s beliefs and values guide people? That's what our fourth and fifth-grade students set out to explore during their field trip to The Met as part of their Cultures in Conflict unit in humanities. They enjoyed seeing and learning about the art, engaging in hands-on activities, and of course, taking the train uptown as a group!

Learning in motion...literally! ⏩ In Physical Science, middle school students took advantage of the fresh spring weather to investigate Newton's First Law and inertia.

The Fourth Annual Upper School STEM Exhibition was another HUGE success!🔬 Students presented topics across all STEM fields, from working hovercrafts to veterinary internships to eye tracking software. It is always so great to see students dive deeply into their areas of interest and present their hard work to our community!
