What can a tiny worm reveal about the human brain? Last year, in Quad Prep’s Neuroscience Research course, students investigated how mutations in the NRXN1 gene can affect behavior—conducting original research that may offer new insight into autism.

A look back at one of last school year's favorite Lower School experiences! In collaboration with librarian Abbey Mather and theater teacher Joanne Magee, students in our pilot Storytelling class explored how stories are written, performed, and reimagined through fairy tales, original performances, and interactive adventures. By the end of the year, they brought it all together with Endlessly Ever After, deepening their understanding of story structure, creativity, and the many ways a story can unfold.
