From internships and independent research to community service and more, Bridge is the culminating experience of Trevor’s inquiry-based curriculum.

Yesterday, our 12th graders shared their impressive Bridge experiences during assembly. Join us on June 8 for the Bridge Symposium and celebrate the incredible work of our seniors!

As part of their food unit, our Middle and Upper School Mandarin classes recently took food tours to experience Chinese language and culture beyond the classroom. Upper School students visited Xi’an Famous Foods, while Middle School students explored Chinatown, visiting a local restaurant and grocery store, all while practicing their Mandarin in real-world settings.

These immersive experiences reflect Trevor’s commitment to students learning by engaging with the world around them with curiosity, confidence, and cultural appreciation. 🍽️

Kindergarten is rolling! 🚲

Our kindergarteners have been learning to bike through the All Kids Bike program in PE, building confidence, balance, coordination, and independence one ride at a time. We’re so proud of their courage, perseverance, and excitement as they learn this lifelong skill!

Our Lower School students soaked up the sunshine on Field Day last Friday! Whether you were blowing bubbles in Central Park or jumping through hoops on Randall’s Island, we hope everyone had a blast! 🫧☀️

4th Grade Lights💡 and Landmarks🏛️ Showcase

After researching the daily life and architecture of New Amsterdam, 4th graders designed and built a collaborative 3D model of the colony. During the project, they practiced measuring and cutting wood, recreated important structures from historical maps, and designed homes and windmills based on the materials and architectural styles used during the 1600s.

Also happening in the Makerspace this spring, 4th graders applied their understanding of electricity and conductivity to design and build functioning parallel circuits that illuminate their original artwork.

Bravo on your lights🚦 and landmarks 🏙️🎁, 4th graders!
