Instead of focusing on someone’s size or shape, let’s focus on their character, talents, and accomplishments.

Body shaming can have serious consequences on a person’s mental health and self-esteem. Let’s work together to combat this toxic behavior and promote positive body image and self-love. Remember, we are all beautiful just the way we are.
