Blue Moon Full Moon Blueprint • Sunday in London with GD 🌕

Standing among ancient stones this week felt like a reminder of time, of how much changes, and how much remains.

The UK has been a beautiful journey of practice, music, community, and sacred places. Among these megaliths and celestial alignments, we’re reminded that ancient cultures built in relationship to the sky, to cycles, and to something larger than themselves.

Before heading onward, we have one final stop together in London for our Blue Moon Full Moon class with GD.

Together we’ll work with this Blue Moon energy through completion, reflection, cycles, and what is asking to be remembered as we move forward.

A few moments from Verve Fest this weekend 🌿

I taught in the Golden Glade tent at Larmer Tree Gardens, UK, a womb held in the trees.

So many beautiful people, practices, perspectives, and moments woven into one space. Gathering in places like these always feels like a gift. Hidden paths, unexpected places, and opportunities to connect, share, and uplift one another.

Feeling grateful for the people, the atmosphere, and all the moments in between, and thankful to have been part of it 🌿

Heading to the UK next week to teach at and immerse in a beautiful high-vibration community gathering.

I’ll also be teaching alongside Guru Dharam in London on May 31st during the Full Blue Moon.

It feels like a beautiful and auspicious time to gather together in practice and community. Happy to connect with our UK sangha in person, while also sharing the experience online with those joining from afar.

Tomorrow evening will be our final Sacred Yoga & Gong class in the Chinatown space at Jivamukti NYC.

SO graeteful for this special space it has been a kind of womb-like stillness that has held us, softened us, and allowed so much to unfold. I’m really grateful for the generosity of this space and for everyone who has practiced, rested, and resonated here together.

the matrilineal line we come from.

What’s been passed down,
and what we now have the chance to carry forward or shift.

May we hold it with care and compassion,
and move with clarity.

Light comes in when it’s ready.
The question is whether we’re available to receive it.

What began as a “cave practice” years ago, when we were all staying more inward, has remained—a space to turn inside.

This Saturday we’ll work with that same cave state and explore what it means to become available to what’s already here within us.

I’ll be holding the practice for GD, online.
