🎭 We had an incredible day yesterday with Broadway performer Tanner Wilson (HADESTOWN, CATS, HEAD OVER HEELS) and Mallory Levy, NYC Youth Division Head at DDO Artists Agency and Adult Talent Agent!

💃 Our students learned a HADESTOWN dance combo with Tanner before putting their audition skills to work with Mallory, receiving individualized coaching and insight into what talent reps look for in potential clients.

🌟 Opportunities like these are what A.C.A.N.Y. is all about — learning from industry professionals, building confidence, and getting in front of the people who can help take their career to the next level!

👏 Huge thanks to Tanner and Mallory for sharing their time and expertise with our students!

🎬 BOOKED IT! is starring in the horror movie DEAD OF NIGHT!

🌟 Check out this throwback vid of Kirrilee performing in our cabaret 10 years ago! She’s a true triple threat!

👏 In one of our classes, an L.A. Casting Director was so impressed with Kirrilee that he made a special call to a top bi-coastal talent agency, and they signed her! Talk about making an impression!

🙌 We love seeing our out there making moves. So proud of you, Kirrilee!

🤩 What a night with 2x Tony Nominee !

🎭 Last Friday, our students had the incredible opportunity to work with Eva on Zoom for her “Monologue Your Song Cut” masterclass, diving into how to find the acting within the text and tell a more authentic, compelling story through song.

🎶 Students worked on their 32-bar cuts as monologues, exploring acting beats, character objectives, conflicts, and tactics — with individual coaching and feedback from Eva along the way.

✨ Thank you, Eva, for sharing your time, expertise, and insight with our students! They had the BEST time EVER!
