We are deeply saddened by the premature loss of Woodie Flowers. He has been an enormous inspiration for the Rambots. His values guided us over the years and shaped us into becoming better people and valuable members of society. It was an honor meeting him last year, the moment which we will never forget. Woodie, Thank you! You will forever live in our hearts. Our deepest condolences to his family and FIRST community. ❤️

Robotics Team Members and thank NYC Council Member Mr. Ydanis Rodriguez so very much for visiting our school during hosting FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) NYC Qualifier 1. It was very inspiring to see this leader who is one of the pioneers to start a movement to ensure ALL, in particular underprivileged, students of NYC develop vital soft and hard STEM skills in order to have opportunities to be competitive and successful in the 21st century and beyond! Manhattan Center For Science And Mathematics High School Robotics Teams and was very happy to Join and support Gregorio Luperon High School Robotics Teams and at NYC Council Member Mr. Ydanis Rodriguez’s State of the District Address today.

The team had such an amazing time showcasing the robot and meeting Mr. Ydanis Rodriguez, District 6 superintendent Mr. Manuel Ramirez, NYC FIRST CEO Mr. Michael Zigman and other distinguished panel speakers and guests.

Thank you all so very much for this great opportunity. It was very inspiring to see these leaders come together to form a movement to ensure all, in particular underprivileged, students of NYC develop vital soft and hard skills in order to have opportunities to be successful in the 21st century and beyond!

To celebrate the start of FLL Team 37238, Rambots; FRC4571 and FTC13372 visited PS-36x in the Bronx. We shared breakfast, built two FLL playing fields and distributed hand printed silk screen team T-shirts. Congratulations The Rising Stars! We will always be there for you.
