In this video, I read "The Monster Who Did my Math", authored by Danny Schnitzlein and illustrated by Bill Mayer. The book follows a young boy who pays a Math Monster to do his homework for him. But the consequences soon hit as he has to answer questions in class and pay this monster back! After reading the book, I provide a challenge questions, making the mathematicians solve a money problem.

The book teaches about fractions as the group of kids has to divide themselves into groups of equal amounts. After reading the book, I provide a challenge question.

Shape Up! by David A. Adler. The book teaches young mathematicians about different types of polygons- everything from isosceles triangles to dodecagons. After reading the book, there are two challenge questions- one asking the viewers to identify a triangle, and another asking the viewers to identify a non-regular polygon.
