Today was TIA LUZ's very last day at Mi Escuelita. She taught more than 500 hundred children in all these past 15 years… as they were, and I was, so honored and privileged to have been part of her teachings. The are no words to describe my enormous gratitude for her unconditional devotion, wisdom, patience, professionalism, charisma, passion, and love, the real one in these last 15 years!! I was fortunate to have you at Mi Escuelita... Tia Luz is the most fantastic woman , the best teacher ever!!You will be forever missed, and I know wherever you go, you will do great!! With tears of joy, I wish you the best, Tia Luz. You are not just our best teacher but also a great amiga!Gracias por todo cariño 🌈🌈🌈💕💕💕💕

Yesterday I had the honor to receive the blessing and love from one of my most beloved persons in the world. This unique human being is also a great mom of two beautiful kids, now grown men and women 💕I met Jessica more than 25 yrs ago while running ( along with many more amazing families) Thompson Street Playgroup in Soho. Jessica and her husband Ruddy build with their own hands and, most notably, with all their love and passion and natural energy, the gorgeous yoga wellness space called . I had never felt so at peace and home when walking into a yoga studio in NYC in my last 33 yrs that I’ve been loving here. Suppose you live in the area or need wellness and Mindfulness services, do yourself a favor and go to You will thank yourself for making your way to this center /studio. I did, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity! 💕🌈
