It was a special day today. got to be apart of the NASDAQ closing bell ceremony. It’s humbling to see what these guys have been able to accomplish in such a short time. They have closed over a quarter BILLION in real estate transactions an just warming up. There is a lot of things I can list but the best part is they accomplished so much while upholding the values we stand for an that were initially taught to them. They didn’t sell out. DID IT ALL FOR FREE, an helped others before themselves while supporting each other better than family. They worked hard and never played the victim. THEY ADAPTED. Honestly, I didn’t do much, I jus said a couple of words an put some things in motion. They are the ones that carried the torch an brought the thumbs up to Wall Street. It’s crazy to think this all started from people wanting to learn stocks online an ending up with a long term an a real estate career😂 proud of you all an I couldn’t ask for a better representative AND LEADER than to be up there. Everybody has made there sacrifices an I promise you it will all be worth it if it already hasn’t been. Talk to me in 2030. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HYPED I AM TO POST THIS! I got a long term update for you, but the real excitement is coming from my bro I have been waiting to add to the long term just to post this. This is his right bicep, an that’s uncle an the cult tattooed on there. Easily one of the most hype things I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t even have a tattoo but I feel like I got one now 😂 idk if that makes sense, but the concept of forever does. That ink is staying there forever. That ink is very long term if you know what I’m sayin…long term. I see the tattoo an I love it but It’s not only because it’s reppin us, it’s because I know what it means. It means long term. We bought this last year slightly higher an it finally came down an coming into next year I think it’s a nicely discounted growth play. It is risky an can fluctuate but I think it’s already absorbed a lot of losses from here an shouldn’t go too much lower on a dip so I decided to pull the trigger

$50k day trade on LGVN today but I’m not posting because of that. We added to the long term today so it’s a double whammy. If you slide through you can see all the long term portfolios an our additions, as well as the profits from that trade. I am super hyped on this trade though because we posted an awesome educational video days before the stock went crazy. This was a super rare trade an it was awesome to see a thesis come to life so quick. But given the news we traded, it wasn’t that quick, if you watch the video you will see this was 7 years In the making. I played it based off something I saw 7 years ago which is why I went so big. I know I’m a weirdo but all I got out of this was LONG TERMMMMMMMM. Time in the market baby. Learn to stay alive and protect the money and opportunities will chase you, not the other way around. The wealth of everything you are learning will be worth more in the future than today. Stay alive and in the game until your moment hits you in the face. I see people very loss averse an scared of the numbers they see sometimes, but if you want to scale the account, so will your fluctuations. That’s why the strategy is time in not timing. We started with $500 in October 2019 an deposited monthly but after 2 years(1 year being the worst stock market crash in modern history) it is up 50% on 103k of assets. I have always preached this because most of my money came from investing smart a long time ago and simply buying an holding stocks an real estate. A lot of people think a lot of different things about me but this idea that it was jus right place right time is false. That’s why I made these accounts to show you didn’t need to start 5-10 years ago an you can build your wealth at any time. The key to wealth is letting capital work for you instead of labor. You need to own things. It doesn’t matter if prices go up or down, a lot of that happened in my career, it’s all about what you own when it’s all said an done. You’re not going to buy an sell your way into wealth, it’s going to happen by owning quality assets. Doesn’t mean you can’t trade an that we don’t.
