Since my return to NY I've being reading and studying about create changes.
So today I would like to share this bit from Tony Robbins with YOU.
Hope you enjoy.
"Five Basic Moves To Create Change"
The first move:
EMOTION STATE.
Ask: What's emotion? If you're trying to help yourself, ask yourself: How am I feeling? What's my mood? What's my emotion?
What YOU feel affects what happens to YOU!
The second move:
FOCUS.
Am I seeing the opportunities? or the obstacles? Am I seeing the opportunities? Or ONLY the obstacles?
When that happens, we have to choose what we look at it.
We tend to focus on danger, but we need to focus on the GOAL.
FOCUS ON WHERE YOU WANT TO GO!
The third move:
MEANING.
What holds us back are...Meanings.
The fourth move:
STRATEGY.
To solve BIG problems with SMALL solutions.
Ask yourself: What's the smallest action I could take TODAY to turn this around?
Problems are like a grain of sand, it takes so little to improve our lives. Solve one problem...solve many.
Create solutions in many areas of your life.
YOU CAN create change!
YES!!!!
IT IS POSSIBLE!

Dunkin’ Donuts likes to tell us that America runs on Dunkin’, but let’s face it: Americans will run on any old coffee.
An estimated 54 percent of us over the age of 18 drink at least one cup daily, and most coffee drinkers are sucking down at least three cups of joe each day.
As a general rule, you can assume that an average 8 ounce cup of coffee contains around 100 mg of caffeine.
Several sources suggest that 400 mg of caffeine, or 4 cups of coffee, are safe for most healthy adults (3, 5).
However, many people (including myself) drink much more than that without any issues since IM A BRAZILIAN, and coffee is our national favorite drink.
Also watch out for some side effects:
•Coffee containing caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, increased heart and breathing rate, and other side effects.
•Consuming large amounts of coffee might also cause headache, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats.
Enjoy you Coffee folks! 🇧🇷☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ “ORDEM & PROGRESSO”

Dear friends...
"I am here for something more"
When Im gone from this world ( into the next lol) no one is going to talk about the many classes I taught over the years. They very likely won’t talk about my marathons or how many Ironman races I had done.
They won’t even talk about my work very much. Or my degrees — or the money I helped some companies make it.
No one will care very much about the TV shows I watched ( Friends, Frasier, Sopranos, The Americans)
And probably not one person will say: He could do LOTS of Burpees. 🤣
But they will for sure talk, a lot, about the HEART that I’ve put into everything I did at my DREAM JOB.
They’ll talk about how I helped others. And they will focus on how much I loved, and I really loved.
Because these are the things that really did matter to me, and that will last, even beyond the mortal veil.
So, work hard in the gym, in your own dream job ( I hope), in your life, but remember you can use this time and these ways to become a better person, not just a better athlete, or an employee.
When I was coaching YOU, I always said to many of my students and now friends, “If I only help you become a better athlete, I have failed.”
So folks…I’M STILL here for something more, a LOT more. And really hope YOU are too.
Because that is what LIFE IS ALL ABOUT!
THANK YOU for all the years of support and friendship.
Always your coach & friend.

Goodbye, my dearest loved one. I won’t ever forget the golden time we spent together. Even though you’ve gone out of our lives, you will be forever in our hearts.
Goodbye is necessary before we can meet again.

WHY DOGS LIVE LESS THAN HUMAN?? 🐾🐕🐾
By Charitha Fernando.
Here's the surprising answer of a 6 year old child.
Being a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker. The dog’s owners, Ron, his wife Lisa, and their little boy Shane, were all very attached to Belker, and they were hoping for a miracle.
I examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. I told the family we couldn’t do anything for Belker, and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home.
As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt as though Shane might learn something from the experience.
The next day, I felt the familiar catch in my throat as Belker‘s family surrounded him. Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time, that I wondered if he understood what was going on. Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away.
The little boy seemed to accept Belker’s transition without any difficulty or confusion. We sat together for a while after Belker’s Death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that dogs' lives are shorter than human lives. Shane, who had been listening quietly, piped up, ”I know why.”
Startled, we all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned me. I’d never heard a more comforting explanation. It has changed the way I try and live.
He said, ”People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life — like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?” The six-year-old continued,
”Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don’t have to stay for as long as we do.”
Live simply.
Love generously.
Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
Remember, if a dog was the teacher you would learn things like:
• When your loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
• Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
• Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure Ecstasy.
• Take naps.
• Stretch before rising.
• Run, romp, and play daily.
• Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
• Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.

Many years ago...many people told me:
NO YOU CAN'T!!!
So I went to find something I believed so hard that I just smiled and told them: WATCH ME!!
Learn to take rejection as motivation to prove people wrong!!
Be unstoppable!!
Refuse to give up, no matter what!!
It’s the best skill you can ever learn.
NEVER GIVE UP!
“So folks…don’t forget the little things in life that make YOU happy”
