💕 Valentine’s Day in the Works Sight Word Style 💕

Yesterday we ditched the flashcards and brought out the candy hearts 💌

Each heart had a sight word and we didn’t just “read” it, we owned it.

Here’s how we practiced:

💗 Read it
💗 Skywrote it
💗 Threw a ball back and forth while spelling it
💗 Jumped it out letter by letter
💗 Used it in a sentence
💗 Earned a sweet little reward

Why all the movement?

Because sight words stick better when kids:
